: The room was clean and well lit and the staff was rather friendly. Parking was included, which is a big plus in San Francisco and the motel was close to the bus lines we needed and walking distance from a pretty bustling area with shops and restaurants. Having stayed in several places in the city at a similar price point, I was pleasantly surprised.
: The rooms are small, and the bathroom had a fairly small shower, but it was fine as a place to sleep when in town for one night.

: Loved having a bed separated from us for the kids! Staff helpful. Help with times and locations and when to be there by to beat the crowd.

: The bathroom was recently renewed.
: Although it wasnt, it looked like dirty. They should change bed covers, courtains and moquette. The guy at the front desk was ugly,no need to be so sarcastic.

: that we had an kitchenette room. and that it was on the main bus system for going and coming for any part of San Francisco We rode the bus everyday there, the stop is just up from the hotel less than 1/2 block. the staff was friendly, and cleaning crew were so helpful and nice.
: Hard to say anything here, the room was nice, but the plumbing needs some work. the shower was hard to keep a descent temp. either too hot or to cold, takes a bit to get the just right. the toilet handle broke and was fixed fast and other than the noise from a group below us in their room was quiet . could use more kitchen stuff, like a toaster and a stove that doesnt take an hour to boil eggs. That is only thing we can say on the didnt side here.

  : Location
: Rooms very dated. Thin walls, can hear people staying next door. Also being on the bottom level is not enjoyable as the roof/walls are very squeaky and can hear people in top level walking around and it's very loud, hard to sleep if they are awake early / late

  : not much
: not enough parking, decor dated, marginally clean, very worn. Noise from other rooms excessive, walls are thin floor above must be wood framed, every footstep transmits. Price is 3x too high for this level of Inn. This is a Motel not a Hotel.
